You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Amber Hill Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 16th March 2026, meeting at Hubberts Bridge Community Centre. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.

The meeting will commence with a 15 minute public forum during which members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council (for a maximum of 3 minutes per person). Your attendance is necessary during this period.

 Public Forum:

Meeting start immediately following the Annual Parish Meeting.

  1. Formal notification of the Death of the Clerk/ Responsible Finance Officer.

 

  1. Appointment of Interim Proper Officer/ Responsible Finance Officer – under  s112 , s270 & s151 of the Local Government Act 1972 until further notice.

4.         To receive and consider apologies and reasons 

5.         To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations

6.         Draft minutes of the meeting held on 19.01.26 to be confirmed and signed as minutes

7.         To receive reports from Borough & County Councillors if in attendance.

8.         To prepare an advert for a new clerk/RFO.

9.        To determine the 3 members of the recruitment panel. 

 

10.     To review the IT and email policy for Amber Hill Parish Council.

 

11..      To consider the purchase of the Lap top currently being used to carry out the requirements of Council by the temporary clerk.

12.       To consider the requirements for the bank mandate changes – address of council, signatories, online banking access etc. Temporary clerk has obtained a paper copy for completion.  

 

13.       Financial reports – there has been no further statements provided to date of agenda, should any arrive prior to the meeting they will be shared at that time.

Hubberts Bridge – Community centre hire £24  Boston borough Council street lighting 1/11/24 to 31/10/25 invoice date 24th Feb cost £343.01  Temporary clerk hours worked to date from 5/2/26 -  9/3/26 (14) invoice £211.12
