Minutes of the Extra Ordinary meeting of Amber Hill Parish council held on 31st October 2018

18/054 Apologies for absence and reasons given.

Apologies from Cllr MB – It was resolved to accept his apology

18/055 To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.

Cllrs CS & EG declared an interest in Heckington Wind Farm.

18/056 Planning:

Heckington Wind Farm application to extend start of building limit from 5 years to 10 years

A discussion was held regarding the extension of the application and it was resolved to submit the proposed letter to both the planning department and department of Business

B/18/0421 – Demolition of existing detached two storey dwelling and erection of detached 2.5 storey dwelling at may Cottage, Chapel Lane.

A mixed response was received due to the difference in size and the Councillors thought that the original footprint should be used and that it was not in keeping with the village. In addition, it was commented that there is currently a mobile home on the site for which no planning permission as been seen. It was resolved that the Clerk would pass these comments to the planning department.

Action: Clerk to submit letter to BEIS and BBC planning department and to notify BBC planning dept of the comments

18/057 Heck Off funding request for £500

The Council has received a request from the Heck Off group for a donation of £500. It was proposed that this would be made by Cllr RH and seconded by Cllr NH. ACTION: Clerk to make payment to Heck Off.
