19/088 Chairman’s remarks.

None

 

19/089 Apologies for absence and reasons given.

Cllrs M Brookes, C Sharman & J Webb gave apologies. It was resolved to accept the apologies

 

19/090 To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.

19/091 Police report.

Please accept apologies from police, we will be unable to attend the Amber Hill meeting this evening.

Reported crimes since the last meeting are as follows:

1. 10/03/20 Assault, Sutterton Drove 1 arrest, under investigation

2. 11/03/20 Possess bladed item, Sutterton Drove 1 arrest, under investigation

19/092 Draft minutes of the meetings held on 13.01.20 and 04.02.20 to be confirmed and signed as minutes.

It was resolved to accept the above drafts as minutes. They were confirmed and signed by the Chairman.

The Clerk presented the LALC subscription invoice for 20-21. Cllr EG pointed out that this was significantly higher than last year. It was resolved that the clerk would query this with LALC

It was resolved to accept the accounts for payment.

Action: Clerk to make outstanding payments and query with LALC the reason for the increase.

It was resolved that the clerk would email to say the Council appreciate that they received apologies and reports for the meeting

Fly tipping

Fridges reported once again

Borough were unable to locate them so asked for further details

Website Training

Training booked for 12th March (Compulsory to be given new website login)

 

The Clerk reported she had attended the training regarding the new website and that there are delays in getting the logins out due to additional development. The data on the old website cannot be migrated so new website will have to be set up from scratch. The deadline for completion to meet the new accessibility regulations is September 2020. It was resolved that as this was additional work for the clerk, she is to record the hours and an additional payment will be made.

The Clerk presented a poster she put together following the last meeting regarding road safety and placing obstacles on the verges. It was highlighted that legislation extract was not highlighted with the source and it was resolved that this would be posted on the social platforms once this amendment was made

Action: Clerk to email Sgt Dickinson and give Cllr RB details to the fly tipping team and publish the amended poster

 

19/097 Meeting Dates 2020-2021

The clerk presented the meeting dates for approval.  It was resolved to accept these

19/098 Road Conditions

Cllr EG reported that Lincs County Council have been round and marked up the roads for repair.

Action: None

 

19/099 Clerks Equipment

The clerk informed the Councillors that the laminator used to laminate posters for the noticeboard has now broken.  It was resolved that the clerk would purchase a replacement.

The clerk was then asked to leave the room briefly.

It was resolved by the Councillors that an additional wage payment of £50 would be made to the clerk for the work involved regarding Extra Ordinary meeting held on 4th February 2020.

Action: Clerk to purchase Laminator and make additional salary payment.

The Councilors stated that it would be good if neighbours looked out for and supported each other during these uncertain times but only whilst maintaining their own safety
