24/693 Planning:

Planning applications

B/24/0207 – Change of use of agricultural building to 2 no dwelling houses at Barn two, Martin Cross Drove

Consultation carried out remotely with no comments and concerns

B/24/0228 - Construction of 1 no. new dwelling including change of use of agricultural land to residential. Change of use of exisiting agricultural building to  be used for residential storage at Land to the North of Harrisons Drove

Following discussion, it was resolved that the council would object to this application, referring back to our objections to the previous application that granted class Q. If this were to then be approved this would set a precedent for others who wish to build additional properties on land that would not ordinarily be granted. It was also noted that there are several mobile homes already on site and inhabited.

Wiltrans Appeal - No further updates

Ecotricity – Heckington Solar Farm - No further updates
