Cllr Jane Webb, Cllr N Hardy, C Sharman (Borough), Cllr G Cornah (Borough, gave apologies.
It was resolved to accept the apologies
20/032 To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.

20/033 Police report.
Clerk apologised as she had only emailed PCSO Williams today. It was resolved she would forward the response once it was received. Report received 17-11-20
There has been one reported crime within the parish – 12th November, Public order offence, Sutterton Drove, Amber Hill. This offence was linked to an incident of hare coursing.
There have been numerous reports of hare coursing within the Amber Hill parish over the last month. OP GALILEO is up and running to combat hare coursing and designated officers are assigned to this operation.
Action: Clerk to email out report once it has been received
20/034 Draft minutes of the meeting held on 21-09-20 to be confirmed and signed as minutes.
It was resolved to accept the above notes as minutes.The Vice Chairman confirmed she will electronically sign the minutes Cllr CS commented that his signature is on the copies on the website and it was resolved the clerk would redact these immediately.
Action: Clerk to redact minutes with signatures on

It was resolved to accept the accounts for payment. Cllrs CS & RH agreed to provide wet signatures at the next face to face meeting and that the clerk would retain the recording of the meeting until this was done

The Clerk asked if the new website could go live and that the old one be shut down. It was resolved that this could happen

20/039 Budget Planning
The proposed budget was reviewed, and a couple of amendments made. The resulting precept was £3,499. Cllr CS proposed, Cllr EG seconded and all other Councillors were unanimous to accept the precept figure of £3,499.
Action: Clerk to submit precept form
20/040 Location and Installation of new noticeboard
Following discussion, it was resolved that the Clerk would make enquiries with Lincs County Council regarding the post box being an acceptable site and to also contact the School to ask if could be moved slightly as their sign blocks it
Action: Clerk to contact Lincs County Council and the School regarding the suitability of the site
