20/016 Apologies for absence and reasons given.

Cllrs C Stevenson, R Hunn, S Fraser & N Hardy gave apologies. It was resolved to accept the apologies.  The Clerk confirmed that the meeting was quorate

20/017 To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.

20/018 Purchase of new Notice Board with Tritton Knoll Funding.

Details of the quote were sent out to Cllrs prior to the meeting. Cllr EG asked what the funding amount received from Tritton Knoll and queried the additional items on the quote. The Clerk confirmed that the price quoted included all the items on the list such as the posts and the header with lettering and that the full amount has been awarded. Cllr EG was pleased with this and all present agreed. It was resolved that the Clerk should go ahead with placing the order as per the quote.

ACTION: Clerk to order the Noticeboard
