22/205 Planning:
B/22/0152 – Application for prior approval under schedule 2, Part 3 Class Q for the conversion of an agricultural building into a single dwelling house including necessary alterations at Barn on Harrisons Drove
This application is requesting prior approval under part 3, Class Q for the conversion of an agricultural building, however this building has never been used as an agricultural building.
Over 20 years ago the land changed from agricultural to Equine purposes and this structure was erected as a Hay shed to provide shelter for a pony and therefore does not meet the Class Q classification.

B/22/0058 –Thorpes Barn – Favourable with conditions
Ecotricity – Heckington Solar Farm – no further updates
