23/674 Matters Arising

Cllr CS raised concerns regarding the wall at the Church Yard – clerk advised that there are limitations on spending council money on Church property, but she would confirm this. Cllr EG advised that he contact the wardens for the churchyard.

Concerns were raised with regards the water levels recently and that if the pumping station was still in operation, then this would not have happened.  It was resolved that the Clerk would pass the comments on to the next Borough Council liaison meeting and the Lincolnshire resilience forum.

Cllr MB reported that he had fedback our concerns regarding the hedge at the exit of the play area blocking the view of the road and that Lincolnshire County Council were looking at trimming this back to make it safer, once they have established ownership of the hedge.

Cllr MB also reported that the Council tax increase of 4.99% (2% Social Care, 3% General) is currently under consultation.
