Meeting started 7.18 pm following on from the Annual Parish Council Meeting
21/091 Chairman’s remarks.
Cllr CS remarked that he was be happy to be able to meet again in person.
21/092 Apologies for absence and reasons given.
None
21/093 To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
Cllr CS declared an interest in planning application B/21/0209.
21/094 Police report.
Report received from PCSO Williams.
Please accept apologies from police, we will be unable to attend tonight’s meeting.
There have been no reported crimes within the parish since your last meeting.
Speed enforcement on Sutterton Drove is on our list of things to do in the coming weeks. We will let you know if we have any positive results.

B/21/0174 – Proposed conversion of existing outbuilding to form annexe at Copperfield, Lineside, Amber Hill

Planning Decisions
B/21/0062 – Two storey dwelling including new vehicular access, hardstanding & associated works at Sunnyside Cottage, Sutterton Drove
Planning permission has been granted subject to conditions.Cllr MB confirmed he had that day been in touch with Lincs County Council regarding the verge width and confirmed he was expecting an email with details and agreed he would forward this to the Clerk for distribution.
The Clerk confirmed she had received two further planning applications that morning and that they were not for major works. It was resolved that these would be conducted by remote consultation rather than EO meeting.
Action: Clerk to pass comments onto the planning dept and forward details received from Cllr MB, Clerk to send out additional planning applications

21/100 Installation of Notice Board
Cllrs CS and NH volunteered to collect the new noticeboard from the Clerks office and erect it themselves
Action: Cllrs CS & NH to contact clerk to arrange collection
21/101 Litter Picking in the village/Wombles
Following discussion, it was agreed the Clerk would contact Boston Borough Council and Steve Slater of Wyberton Wombles to obtain details on this programme with a view to possibly joining with Wyberton Wombles. Cllr RB agreed to co-ordinate the group once up and running.
Action: Clerk to contact Boston Borough Council and Steve Slater and feed back to Cllrs
21/102 Extending 30mph speed limit.
A resident has asked if the 30mph speed limit can be extended. Cllrs MB confirmed the Speed Policy in Lincolnshire is based on the National directive and unfortunately this would not fulfil the criteria needed for it to be extended.

21/103 Ullyatts Drove
Residents have made comments to one of the Cllrs regarding the condition of the road on Ullyatts Drove. After discussion it was resolved that Cllr NH as the Highways officer would take some photos and report the condition of the road on the Lincolnshire County Council website.
Action: Cllr NH to report the road condition on Lincs County Council website
21/104 Donation requests
The Clerk confirmed she has received a donation request from Lincolnshire Lowland Search and Rescue
Cllr EG proposed a donation of £50, seconded by Cllr RB and unanimously agreed. It was resolved that the Clerk would send out the donation.
Action: Clerk to send donation to Lincolnshire Lowland Search and Rescue

21/106 Co-option of new Councillor
It was resolved that Lucy Evans would be offered the position of Councillor.
