Action: Cllr LE to submit dates of litter picks to clerk and clerk to promote these.

21/167 Donation - Lives

Action: Clerk to send donation of £100

21/168 Ecotricity – Heckington Fen Solar Park

Cllrs discussed the information received regarding the Solar farm, noting that they will be 4.5m high and have a lifetime of 40 years, although it is yet to be decided whether they would be tracking or fixed.

Cllrs resolved that they are in favour of a Solar farm as such, however they do have concerns about the fact that the land to be used is Good quality land that will be removed from agricultural production.

The land currently proposed to be used is a mixture of grade 1 and 2 land, capable of producing good crops of roots and vegetables. Grade 3 and 4 land would be far more appropriate for a solar farm.

Action: Clerk to submit comments

21/169 Remembrance 2022

Following discussion, it was resolved that the clerk would write to the School, Cllr RH would speak to Amber Hill WI and the clerk would put together an article for the website and facebook asking if people wished to be involved and for ideas of what they would like to do

Action: Clerk and Cllr RH to make contact as per resolution

21/170 Dog Fouling Posters

Following feedback from residents about dog fouling it was resolved that the clerk would source new dog fouling posters from Boston Borough Council provided the cost was reasonable.

Action: Clerk to source dog fouling notices

21/171 Digitalisation of documentation

The Clerk proposed that all documentation to be saved in digital format going forward to save on storage space and to enable all documents to be available if need be, at meetings.  She confirmed she had been in touch with LALC and the only documentation that needs to be kept physically is signed copies of minutes and that she has not only cloud back up but regularly backs up to 2 hard drives which are kept in 2 separate secure locations.

It was resolved that this would go ahead

Action: Clerk to start saving all documentation in digital format going forward.

Meeting Closed 9.15 pm
